Through years of training and analyzing I have now placed in the top 4 at the CrossFit Games®, 3 years in a row.

The Story On How The Professor Project Started
The idea of “The Professor Project” started after working out with an athlete who competes at the CrossFit Games®. We were doing rope climbs and I noticed a couple of small, easy changes they could make to improve on the ascent.
After a few tries, they took a HUGE leap forward in speed and efficiency on a movement that we perform dozens of time each week! We were both ecstatic. It was at that moment I realized I get as much joy helping others improve! But...
What gets me really excited is knowing how easily these changes can be made by any level of athlete for immediate improvements.

Myth #1: TPP is only for advanced/competitive athletes
Not true! Advanced members do see big improvements but so do beginners. We’ve had members do their first ever rope climb, as well as beat PR’s in other popular workouts. Myth #2: It’s too much EXTRA time to commit on top of my current training
